The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has issued an important update for students enrolled in Associate Degree programmes across Pakistan.
What Students Should Know
Associate Degree holders planning to continue into BS programmes should follow the HEC rules for semester entry and credit transfer. Universities admit Associate Degree graduates into the relevant semester of a BS programme under the HEC policy, subject to their own criteria.
Students are advised to confirm the latest instructions from HEC and from their own university before applying for admission or credit transfer, because implementation details can differ by institution.
