PEF Announces Deadline
The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has set November 20, 2026, as the deadline for submitting student enrollment data via the Public Schools Reorganization Program (PSRP) for schools operating under Phase 3 of the Public Schools Information (SIS) program.
Schools under the Punjab Education Foundation are advised to submit their student data through the School Information System as soon as possible, well before the deadline. PEF has instructed all schools participating in Phase 3 of the PSRP program to follow the prescribed guidelines for entering, submitting, and verifying student enrollment records to ensure that all necessary details are accurately captured.

According to the circular, schools must enter the enrollment data for all students for the current academic year into the SIS (Student Information System), ensuring that these records are finalized and submitted before the stipulated deadline. The PEF (Balochistan Education Foundation) has warned that once the system is locked, it will no longer be possible to enter student enrollment data or make any further corrections to existing records. School owners who complete the data entry for their students in the system before November 20 will be prioritized.
The Foundation has also clarified that only the enrollment data entered into the system by November 20, 2026, will be included in the verification process. This serves as a deadline for school enrollments.
Students who need to be enrolled should have this process completed before November 20, 2026. For those who have recently been admitted to a school but are not yet reflected in the enrollment records, it is essential to complete the enrollment process by this date.

PEF Enrollment Deadline
The purpose of this directive is to ensure that schools complete their admission records and submit the required information within the stipulated timeframe. All relevant schools have been instructed to complete this process before the designated deadline to avoid any complications during the admission verification phase.
According to the PEF (Punjab Education Foundation), funding for enrolled students will only be provided to those who complete their enrollment process by November 20, 2026; those who fail to do so will not receive such funding. Enrollments recorded after November 20 will be processed in the subsequent phase.
